摘要
近年来,随着我国石化行业的飞速发展,在线TOC分析仪越来越多的应用在石化企业的生产工艺过程中,以达到节能减排的目的。简要阐述了TOC分析仪的测量分析原理,以及在石化装置水处理工艺系统中的应用。同时,介绍了几种常见的TOC分析仪的防爆技术及设计方案,对防爆型TOC分析仪的推广应用具有一定的参考价值。
In recent years,with the rapid development of petrochemical industry in China,online TOC analyzer has been increasingly used in the production process of petrochemical enterprises to save energy and reduce emission.This paper briefly described the measurement and analysis principles of TOC analyzer and its application in water treatment process system of petrochemical plants.Meanwhile,it introduced the explosion-proof technologies and design schemes of several common TOC analyzers,which has certain reference value for the popularization and application of explosion-proof TOC analyzer.
