水基溶液防喷器控制装置研究与应用前景展望 被引量:2

摘要 防喷器控制装置应用水基溶液代替液压油作为液压介质,有利于减少生态环境污染,而该技术成功应用的关键在于装置所使用的阀件在水基溶液状态下的防锈、抗磨、耐腐性能。介绍了水基溶液特性,对水基溶液防喷器控制装置上所应用的关键元件的密封性能及材料选用进行分析,并对该技术应用前景进行了展望。 The BOP control device uses water-based solution as the hydraulic medium instead of hydraulic oil,which is conducive to reducing ecological environmental pollution.The key to the successful application of this technology lies in the anti-rust,anti-wear and corrosion resistance of the valve parts used in the device in the water-based solution state.This paper introduced the characteristics of the water-based solution.It summarized the sealing performance analysis and material selection of the key components used in the control device of the water-based solution blowout preventer,and analyzed the application prospects of the technology.
