摘要
锅炉废气监测是一项专业性极强、环节繁琐的技术工作,废气监测结果受多方面因素干扰,为确保监测结果的准确性,加强监测过程的质量控制是十分必要的。针对锅炉废气监测质量控制中存在的问题进行了研究,分监测前期、监测过程中和样品保存、转运及处理3个阶段对废气监测质量控制进行了阐述,从设备校准、滤筒的选取、采样嘴布置、采样位置选择、负值问题、气流控制、负压取样及保存等问题出发,结合工程实际,探讨了相关问题的解决办法,旨在为废气监测从业人员提供监测质量控制上的参考和依据。
Boiler exhaust gas monitoring is highly professional and complicated technical work.The results of waste gas monitoring are interfered by many factors.In order to ensure the accuracy of monitoring results,it is necessary to strengthen the quality control of monitoring process.In this paper,the problems existing in the quality control of boiler exhaust gas monitoring were studied.The quality control of waste gas monitoring was elaborated in three stages:the early stage of monitoring,the monitoring process and sample storage,transfer and treatment.According to the problems of equipment calibration,filter selection,sampling nozzle layout,sampling position selection,negative value problem,air flow control,negative pressure sampling and preservation and combining with engineering practice,the solutions to the related problems were discussed in order to provide reference and basis for waste gas monitoring practitioners to control monitoring quality.
