国家大力支持科技创新型企业的发展,知识产权对科技创新型企业的发展起到至关重要的作用。知识产权属于一种无形资产,拥有知识产权的企业,在市场上具有很强的竞争力。纵观国内科技创新型企业,都注重产品研发、产品更新、技术升级等,但在知识产权保护上存在一定的问题。通过研究国内科技创新型企业的知识产权保护现状,发现存在保护意识不足、制度不健全等问题,进一步提出针对性的建议,促使科技创新型企业加强知识产权保护,从而促进科技创新型企业的发展。

The state vigorously supports the development of technologically innovative enterprises,and intellectual property rights play a vital role in the development of technologically innovative enterprises.Intellectual property rights are an intangible asset.Enterprises with intellectual property rights have strong competitiveness in the market.Throughout the domestic technological innovation-oriented enterprises,they all focus on product research and development,product updates,technology upgrades,etc.,but there are certain problems in the protection of intellectual property rights.By studying the status quo of intellectual property protection of domestic technological innovation enterprises,it is found that there exist problems such as insufficient protection awareness and imperfect systems,and further targeted suggestions are provided to encourage technologically innovative enterprises to strengthen intellectual property protection,thereby promoting the development of technological innovation enterprises.
