结合EL(电致光检测)解析光伏组件质量缺陷 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国太阳能光伏并网电站建设规模一直持续增长,多数光伏并网电站中光伏组件质量问题成为众多投资者关注的重要因素,光伏并网电站的最核心部件是光伏组件。光伏组件各种质量缺陷长期运行必然会导致组件的输出功率下降。所以文章将结合EL(电致光检测)、光伏组件加工工艺来着重解析光伏组件常见质量问题、产生原因及预防措施。 With the continuous growth of the construction scale of grid-connected solar photovoltaic power stations in China,the quality of photovoltaic modules in most grid-connected photovoltaic power stations has become an important factor concerned by many investors.The core component of grid-connected photovoltaic power stations is the photovoltaic module.Long-term operation of various quality defects of photovoltaic modules will inevitably lead to the decline of output power of photovoltaic modules.Therefore,this paper will focus on analyzing the common quality problems,causes and preventive measures for photovoltaic modules with the combination of EL(electro-luminescent)inspection and photovoltaic module processing technology.
