摘要
系统师资力量不足是制约国家开放大学开放教育办学质量的瓶颈.为了探索现有师资情况下基于系统整体运行特色的远程教学机制,本文以甘肃开放大学2018春秋、2019春秋四级护理专科选修《人体生理学》课程的新生为研究对象,以学生的形考、终考及格率与平均成绩为观察指标,探讨基于课程教学团队的“资源+服务”支持模式的应用方法和效果.经统计分析比较,四级学生的形考和终考及格率总体呈升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;四级学生的形考平均成绩差异显著,P<0.05;2018春和2019秋季终考平均成绩有显著差异,P<0.05.该研究表明,基于课程教学团队的“资源+服务”支持模式可促进教学过程落实,提高教学质量,有效解决系统师资力量短缺和不均衡问题,符合远程开放教育教学服务需求.
The shortage of teachers in the system was the bottleneck of restricting the teaching quality the Open University of China.In order to explore the distance teaching mechanism based on the overall operation characteristics of the system under the condition of existing teachers,the freshmen of the Human Physiology course of the four-level nursing specialty of Gansu Open University in the spring and autumn of 2018 and 2019 were taken as the research object,and the students’physical examination,final examination pass rate and average score were taken as the observation indexes to explore the application method and effect of the“Resource+Service”support mode based on the curriculum teaching team.Through statistical analysis and comparison,the passing rate of form examination and final examination of four-level students showed an increasing trend,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the average scores of the form examination of four-level students(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the average scores of the final examination of spring 2018 and autumn 2019(P<0.05).The research shows that the support model of Resource+Service based on course teaching team can promote the implementation of teaching process,improve teaching quality,effectively solve the shortage and imbalance of teachers in the system,and meet the demand of teaching service in distance education.
