耳内镜辅助下完壁式乳突根治并鼓室成形术治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of endoscopic assistance complete radical mastoidectomy and myringoplasty in the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media

目的:探讨耳内镜辅助下完壁式乳突根治并鼓室成形术治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎的临床效果。方法:2016年1月-2020年9月收治胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者67例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规开放式手术治疗;观察组采用完壁式乳突根治鼓室成形术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间明显低于对照组,手术成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组听力气导>30 dB的比例高于对照组,气导<10 dB和10~20 dB的比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳内镜辅助下完壁式乳突根治并鼓室成形术治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎的手术成功率高,听力恢复快,疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic assistance complete radical mastoidectomy and myringoplasty in the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media.Methods:From January 2016 to September 2020,67 cases of patients with cholesteatoma otitis media were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery.The observation group was treated with endoscopic assistance complete radical mastoidectomy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The operative time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the success rate of operation was significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of air conduction>30 dB in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the ratio of within<10 dB and 10-20 dB was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic assistance complete radical mastoidectomy and myringoplasty in the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media has a high success rate,with fast hearing recovery and remarkable curative effect.
