前庭康复对前庭神经炎患者平衡功能恢复的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of vestibular rehabilitation on balance function restoration in patients with vestibular neuritis

目的:分析前庭康复对前庭神经炎患者平衡功能恢复的影响。方法:2017年6月-2018年12月收治前庭神经炎患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组采用传统药物治疗;观察组采用前庭康复+传统药物治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后眩晕残障程度评分及日常活动前庭功能障碍等级评分均低于对照组,Berg平衡量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前庭康复能有效恢复前庭神经炎患者的平衡功能,临床效果明显。

Objective:To analyze the effect of vestibular rehabilitation on the recovery of balance function in patients with vestibular neuritis.Methods:From June 2017 to December 2018,80 cases of patients with vestibular neuritis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional medicine.The observation group was treated with vestibular rehabilitation+traditional medicine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vertigo disability score,daily activity vestibular dysfunction score of observation group were lower than those of control group,the and Berg balance score was higher than the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vestibular rehabilitation can effectively restore the balance function of patients with vestibular neuritis,which with obvious clinical effect.
