输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗580例输尿管结石的临床效果

Clinical effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of 580 cases of ureteral calculi

目的:探究采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年8月收治输尿管结石患者720例,根据不同手术方式分为两组。试验组接受输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗;对照组接受开放手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组取石成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石,可以有效促进患者术后康复,具有很高的取石成功率,而且并发症少。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2020,720 patients with ureteral calculi were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The experimental group received ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.The control group received open surgery.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of stone extraction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi can effectively promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,with a high success rate of stone removal,and fewer complications.
