负压封闭引流技术在创伤骨科中的应用探讨

目的:分析负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在创伤骨科中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月到我院治疗的60例创伤骨科患者,随机均分为两组,一组为对照组应用常规术后感染预防方式,一组为试验组应用VSD。分析患者的住院时间、创面愈合时间、感染发生率、换药次数和治疗费用。结果:试验组创伤骨科患者住院时间、创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组创伤骨科试验组创伤骨科患者的感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组创伤骨科患者换药次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组创伤骨科患者治疗费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组创伤骨科患者的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用VSD到创伤骨科患者的治疗中,有利于缩短患者的住院时间,降低患者的感染发生率和换药频率,加快患者创口愈合,同时治疗的费用较低,VSD应用于创伤骨科患者的治疗中具有一定价值,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of negative pressure drainage technology(VSD)in trauma and orthopedics.Methods:A total of 60 orthopedic trauma patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.One group was the control group using conventional postoperative infection prevention methods,and the other was the experimental group using negative Pressure-seal drainage technology.The patient’s hospital stay,wound healing time,incidence of infection,number of dressing changes and treatment costs were analyzed.Results:The hospitalization time and wound healing time of the experimental group of orthopedic trauma patients were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the incidence of infection in orthopedic trauma patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.The number of dressing changes in orthopedic trauma patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment cost of orthopedic trauma patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of orthopedic trauma patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of VSD to the treatment of orthopedic trauma patients is beneficial to shorten the patient’s hospital stay,reduce the incidence of infection and the frequency of dressing changes,accelerate the healing of the patient’s wound,and at the same time,the cost of treatment is lower.VSD is used in orthopedic trauma patients.Has a certain value in treatment,Worthy of clinical application.
