中西医结合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Clinical observation on ulcerative colitis treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的方法及临床疗效。方法:2017年2月-2019年12月收治溃疡性结肠炎患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪治疗;观察组给予美沙拉嗪联合补脾益肠丸治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组40例患者中治愈30例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率为92.5%;对照组40例患者中治愈19例,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率为72.5%;观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎不良反应小,疗效理想,可以有效改善症状,优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the method and clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:from February 2017 to December 2019,80 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine;The observation group was given mesalazine combined with Bupiyichang pills.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:in the observation group,30 cases were cured,7 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92.5%.In the control group,19 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,11 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 72.5%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has less adverse reactions,ideal curative effect,can effectively improve symptoms,better than simple western medicine treatment,it is worthy of clinical application.
