天麻钩藤饮加减联合松龄血脉康胶囊治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床疗效研究

Study on the clinical efficacy of modified decoction of gastrodia and uncaria combined with Songling Xuemaikang capsule in the treatment of hyperactivity of liver yang hypertension

目的:观察天麻钩藤饮加减联合松龄血脉康胶囊治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床疗效。方法:2020年1月-2021年1月收治肝阳上亢型高血压1级患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予松龄血脉康胶囊治疗;观察组在松龄血脉康胶囊基础上给予天麻钩藤饮加减治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、血压水平、中医证候积分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后舒张压与收缩压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮加减联合松龄血脉康胶囊治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床疗效显著,可以有效降低患者血压,同时可改善患者中医临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified decoction of gastrodia and uncaria combined with Songling Xuemaikang capsule in the treatment of hyperactivity of liver yang hypertension.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,80 patients with grade 1 hyperactivity of liver yang hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with Songling Xuemaikang capsule.The observation group was treated with modified decoction of gastrodia and uncaria on the basis of Songling Xuemaikang capsule.The clinical efficacy and blood pressure level of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified decoction of gastrodia and uncaria combined with Songling Xuemaikang capsule in the treatment of hyperactivity of liver yang type hypertension is significant,which can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients,At the same time,it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with TCM.
