改良病理技术HE染色在病理诊断中的应用研究

Study on the application of modified pathological technique HE staining in pathological diagnosis

目的:研究改良病理技术HE染色在病理诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月进行病理诊断患者的病理组织石蜡切片标本160例,设为试验组,进行改良病理技术HE染色。选取同期进行病理诊断患者的病理组织石蜡切片标本157例,设为对照组,进行常规病理技术HE染色。观察两种染色方式对石蜡切片标本的染色情况。结果:试验组染色标准率和标本合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组骨组织、脂肪组织、子宫内膜组织、胃镜活检、子宫及肝胆以及其他石蜡切片标本染色效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良病理技术HE染色在病理诊断中的效果显著,可有效提高染色标准率和标本合格率,从而保证了染色效果,对提高临床诊断准确率具有重要意义。

Objective:To study and discuss the application effect of modified pathological technique HE staining in pathological diagnosis.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,160 cases of pathological tissue paraffin sections were selected as the experimental group,and they were carried out the modified pathological technique HE staining.At the same time,the 157 pathological tissue paraffin section specimens of patients who underwent pathological diagnosis in the hospital were set as the control group,and the conventional pathological technique HE staining was performed.The staining of paraffin sections by two staining methods was observed.Results:The standard rate of staining and the qualified rate of specimens in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The dyeing effect of bone tissue,adipose tissue,endometrial tissue,gastroscope biopsy,uterus,liver,bile and other paraffin sections of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of modified pathological technique HE staining in pathological diagnosis is remarkable,it can effectively improve the standard rate of staining and the qualified rate of specimens,thus ensuring the dyeing effect,which is of great significance to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
