Influence of hemolysis on clinical immunity and biochemical test items

目的:分析溶血对临床免疫和生化检验项目的影响。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年5月健康志愿者70例,应用回顾性分析方式,采集志愿者血液样本,按照是否溶血分为正常组和溶血组,各35例。比较两组免疫和生化指标水平。结果:溶血组天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LD)水平高于正常组,碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血肌酐(Cr)水平低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);溶血组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hFPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及三酰甘油(TG)水平均高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);溶血组对检验结果的满意度低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液样本溶血将对生化和免疫检验结果产生影响,导致检验结果出错,耽误疾病的诊断和治疗,临床应积极控制溶血反应,确保检验结果的准确性。

Objective:To analyze the effect of hemolysis on clinical immunity and biochemical test items.Methods:From July 2018 to May 2020,70 healthy volunteers were selected,their blood samples were collected by retrospective analysis,and they were divided into normal group and hemolytic group according to whether hemolysis occurred,with 35 cases in each group.The levels of immune and biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of AST and LD in hemolytic group were higher than those in normal group,the levels of ALP and Cr were lower than those of normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FPG,2 hFPG,HbA1c and TG in hemolytic group were higher than those in normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemolytic group was less satisfied with the test results than the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemolysis of blood samples will affect the results of biochemical and immunoassay,which will lead to errors in the results of the test and delay the diagnosis and treatment of the disease,so the hemolysis reaction should be actively controlled in clinic to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
