医护一体化方式治疗护理重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭对患者肺功能的影响评价

Evaluation of the effect of integrated medical nuring on pulmonary function of patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure

目的:观察医护一体化方式治疗护理重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭对患者肺功能的影响。方法:2018年7月-2019年10月收治重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组采用常规治疗护理;观察组采用医护一体化治疗护理。比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、肺功能及血气指标水平。结果:观察组咳嗽消失时间、气促消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后第1秒用力呼气末的容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后氧分压及血氧饱和度水平均高于对照组,二氧化碳分压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者医护一体化治疗护理,能促进患者症状消失,有效改善肺功能及血气指标水平,效果较好。

Objective:To explore the effect of integrated medical nuring on pulmonary function of patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure.Methods:From July 2018 to October 2019,88 patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing.The observation group was given integrated medical nuring.We compared the improvement of clinical symptoms,lung function and blood gas index between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the disappearance time of cough,shortness of breath and wheezing were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after intervention,the levels of FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after the intervention,the levels of oxygen partial pressure and blood oxygen saturation were higher than those in the control group,while the level of carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated medical nuring for patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure can promote the disappearance of symptoms,effectively improve the level of lung function and blood gas index,and the effect is good.
