护理评估及观察在泌尿外科护理中的应用效果

The application of nursing evaluation and observation in urological nursing

目的:分析护理评估及观察在泌尿外科护理中的应用效果。方法:选取泌尿外科的护理人员作为研究对象,其中2017年6-11月设为对照组,给予患者常规护理;2018年1-6月设为观察组,给予患者护理评估及观察。比较两组患者护理满意度以及护理人员工作质量评分。结果:观察组患者疾病知识了解度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的全面掌握病情评分、判断病情变化能力评分、护理操作技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在泌尿外科的护理工作中,护理人员通过实施护理评估及观察,能够提升护理人员的工作质量,使患者对护理工作有较高的满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing evaluation and observation in urological nursing.Methods:Nursing staff of urology department were selected as the research object,among which June to November 2017 was set as the control group,and patients were given conventional nursing.From January to June 2018,the patients were set as the observation group and given nursing evaluation and observation.Patients'nursing satisfaction and nursing staff work quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The knowledge of disease in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of comprehensive grasp of the condition,the ability to judge the change of the condition and the score of nursing operation skill in the observation group were all higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the urological nursing work,nursing staff through the implementation of nursing evaluation and observation,can improve the quality of nursing staff,so that patients have a high degree of satisfaction with nursing work.
