舒适护理干预对不孕不育患者护理管理的影响

The effect of comfort nursing intervention in the nursing management of infertile patients

目的:探讨舒适护理干预对不孕不育患者护理管理的影响。方法:2017年1月-2020年12月收治不孕不育患者94例,抽签法分为两组,各47例。试验组采用舒适护理干预;对照组采用常规护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理后焦虑程度与抑郁程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者对医护人员的依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在不孕不育患者的临床护理中实施舒适护理干预,可有效改善患者不良心理与情绪,提升患者对医护人员的依从性,应用价值高。

Objective:To explore the effect of comfort nursing intervention in the nursing management of infertile patients.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2020,94 cases of infertile patients were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted comfort nursing intervention.The control group adopted conventional nursing intervention.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The levels of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of patients to medical staffs in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfort nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of infertile patients can effectively improve the bad psychology and emotion of the patients,improve the compliance of the patients to the medical staffs,and the application value is high.
