摘要
目的:分析护理部管理中实施人性化护理管理的应用价值。方法:选取本院2019年8月-2020年7月护理人员114例,随机分为两组,各57例。对照组应用常规护理管理;观察组应用人性化护理管理。比较两组护理能力评分、焦虑评分及对护理管理方法的满意度。结果:观察组护理能力各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理后的焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对护理管理方法的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理部管理中采取人性化护理管理的效果显著,可有效提升护理质量,减轻护理人员焦虑情绪,提高满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application value of humanized nursing management in the management of nursing department.Methods:From August 2019 to July 2020,114 nursing staffs in hospital were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 57 cases in each group.The control group applied routine nursing management.The observation group applied humanized nursing management.The nursing ability score,anxiety score and satisfaction with nursing management methods were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of nursing ability in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction to the nursing management of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of humanized nursing management in the management of the nursing department is significant,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing,reduce the anxiety of nursing staff,and improve their satisfaction.
