It is known that the world is undergoing major changes unseen in the past century.Facing the unprecedented epidemic,turbulent international situation,declining economic potentials,insufficient drive for enterprise,and lowering demands of new employees,universities are suffering unprecedented pressure from employment.In the situation,how college employment workers and grassroot counselors carry out employment work and make use of relevant policies to truly benefit students has become the biggest issue at present.
