Discourse Mindsets of Thoughts of the Communist Party of China on“Sports for the People”

运用史料实证和话语分析方法,基于变化的历史语境,梳理百年来中国共产党“人民体育”思想的话语脉络,揭示其一以贯之的人民主题和与时俱进的理论品质。从局部执政时期的武装人民和动员人民,到全国执政后的组织人民、鼓舞人民和强健人民,再到中国特色社会主义新时代的普惠人民,中国共产党的“人民体育”主张顺应历史进步潮流,紧扣党的阶段性时代使命,从侧重“国家自‘人民体育’中蓄力”,到优先强调“人民自‘人民体育’中获得”,话语表述日益清晰和丰富,思想成熟度和权威性不断提高,理论境界逐渐步入马克思主义意义上的“人的发展与解放”。

In adopting historical evidence and discourse analysis and based on the changing historical context,the paper sorted out the discourse mindsets of thoughts of the Communist Party of China(CPC)on“sports for the people”in the past one hundred years and revealed its consistent orientation on advancement with the times.From arming and mobilizing the people during the period of partial governance,to organizing,encouraging and strengthening the people after the period of national governance,then to benefiting the people for all in the new era of socialism with the Chinese characteristics,the CPC’s“sports for the people”proposition conformed to the trend of the historical progress,and adhered to the periodical mission of the Party.From focusing on“gaining for the nation”to giving priority to gaining for the people,the expression of the discourse became clearer and richer,the maturity and authority of the thought improved,and the theoretical realm focused more on the“human development and liberation”in the sense of Marxism.
