摘要
应力棒法是大型水轮机转轮静平衡的重要试验方法,它利用应力的变化,确定转轮的不平衡重量与方位。白鹤滩左岸电站1000 MW转轮重心高,对应力棒产生质量距,因此需引入修正系数对计算结果进行修正。通过现场验证,引入修正系数后,提高了静平衡试验精度,进一步满足了精品转轮制造要求,转轮理论不平衡重量与实际增加重量一致。
Stress bar method is an important test method for the static balance of large-scale hydro-turbine runner.It can determine the unbalanced weight and orientation of the runner from the stress variation.The 1000 MW runner for the left bank power plant in Baihetan Hydropower Plant is of a high gravity center,which produces a mass moment to the stress bar.Thus,a correction coefficient should be introduced to revise the calculation result.In-situ verification test shows that the accuracy of the static balance test is improved by introducing the correction coefficient and the manufacture requirements of high quality runner are fulfilled as the theoretical unbalanced weight of runner is consistent with the actual added weight.
