地诺前列酮栓对宫颈低评分足月胎膜早破促宫颈成熟及引产中的临床观察

Clinical observation of dinoprostone suppository on low cervical scoring of full-term premature rupture of membrane and promoting cervical maturation and induction of labor

目的探究地诺前列酮栓对宫颈低评分足月胎膜早破促宫颈成熟及引产中的效果。方法择取2018年2月至2020年3月本院收治的80例宫颈低评分足月胎膜早破患者参与研究,根据抽签法随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者行缩宫素治疗,观察组患者行地诺前列酮栓治疗,比较两组患者促宫颈成熟效果、分娩情况以及治疗前后宫颈Bishop评分比较。结果观察组患者促宫颈成熟有效率高于对照组,阴道分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率及新生儿窒息率低于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,应用统计学软件分析组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者宫颈Bishop评分应用统计学软件分析组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者宫颈Bishop评分高于对照组,应用统计学软件分析组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地诺前列酮栓在宫颈低评分足月胎膜早破促宫颈成熟及引产中的效果确切。

Objective:To explore the effect of dinoprostone suppository on low cervical scoring of full-term premature rupture of fetal membrane and cervical ripening and induction of labor.Methods:From February 2018 to March 2020,80 patients with low-scoring cervical premature rupture of membranes who participated in our hospital were selected to participate in the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the lottery method.example.The patients in the control group were treated with oxytocin,and the patients in the observation group were treated with dinoprostone suppository.They compared the effects of cervical maturation,delivery and cervical Bishop score before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:The observation group had a higher rate of cervical ripening than the control group,the vaginal delivery rate was higher than the control group,the cesarean section rate and neonatal asphyxia rate were lower than the control group,the neonatal Apgar score was higher than the control group,and the postpartum bleeding was less In the control group,it was meaningful to use statistical software to analyze the data difference between the groups(P<0.05);the cervical Bishop score of the two groups of patients before treatment was statistically significant to analyze the data difference between the groups(P>0.05).The cervical Bishop score of the patient was higher than that of the control group,and statistical software was used to analyze the difference in data between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dinoprostone suppository has a definite effect on cervical rupture of full-term premature rupture of the membrane and promotes cervical maturation and induction of labor,so it is worthy of clinical application.
