针刺联合散瘀止痛散治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

Clinical analysis of acupuncture combined with Sanyu Zhitong powder in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨针刺联合散瘀止痛散治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月本院收治的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组(45例,采用腰痛宁治疗)和观察组(45例,采用腰痛宁+针刺+散瘀止痛散治疗);对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗两组VAS得分均得到显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组VAS得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合散瘀止痛散治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Sanyu Zhitong powder on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:90 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group(45 cases,treated with Yaotongning)and observation group(45 cases,treated with Yaotongning+acupuncture+Sanyu Zhitong powder);the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Sanyu Zhitong powder is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
