品管圈在提高糖尿病实施胰岛素泵治疗患者满意度的应用

Application of quality control circle in improving the satisfaction of patients with diabetes mellitus treated by insulin pump

目的探讨品管圈护理在提高糖尿病实施胰岛素泵患者护理满意度中的应用效果。方法将2018年6月至2019年4月在本院住院的106名胰岛素泵佩戴患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规管理组和品管圈管理组,每组53例;常规管理组采用常规护理,品管圈管理组给予品管圈护理;比较两组患者的血糖达标时间,胰岛素用量以及满意度。结果品管圈管理组血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、患者满意度均显著优于常规管理组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈护理可提高糖尿病实施胰岛素泵患者的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle nursing in improving the nursing satisfaction of diabetic patients with insulin pump.Methods:106 patients with insulin pump wearing who were hospitalized in our hospital from June 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into routine management group and quality control circle management group,with 53 patients in each group.Routine management group adopts routine care,quality control circle management group gives quality control circle care;The blood glucose target time,insulin dosage and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood glucose reaching time,insulin dosage and patient satisfaction in QCC management group were significantly better than those in conventional management group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality control circle nursing can improve the satisfaction of patients with insulin pump.
