摘要 淮北地区存在因采煤塌陷造成的地面沉降、地下水资源破坏、地表土地与植被资源破坏以及因采矿活动造成的地表水与土壤污染等矿山地质环境问题。结合城市发展规划需求,通过对塌陷区进行土地复垦、塌陷区治理和水资源治理,有效地降低地质灾害的发生,并逐步恢复自然生态系统,取得显著的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益。 There are some problems in the geological environment of Huaibei area,such as ground subsidence,groundwater resources destruction,surface land and vegetation resources destruction,and surface water and soil pollution caused by mining activities.Combined with the needs of urban development planning,through land reclamation,subsidence area management and water resources management,the occurrence of geological disasters can be effectively reduced,and the natural ecosystem can be gradually restored,and remarkable ecological,social and economic benefits can be achieved.
