汽车滚装船是平战结合、军民融合发展的优良船型,具有良好的军事应用价值。为了做好汽车滚装船国防动员工作,在全面总结我国汽车滚装船建设发展现状的基础上,根据汽车滚装船的性能和结构特点,深入分析了其战时可能担负的军事运输任务,论证提出了加强汽车滚装船国防动员工作的对策和措施。对于提升我军海上运输投送能力、扎实做好海上军事斗争准备具有重要的意义。

Ro-ro ships are the first choice of civil ships in wartime,and has important military value.In order to do a good job of national defense mobilization of ro-ro ships,on the basis of summarizing the development status of ro-ro ships,combined with the characteristics and practical requirements of ro-ro ships,the paper analyzed the ro-ro ships'possible military transportation tasks in wartime,and put forward the countermeasures and the suggestions.It is of great significance to enhance our army's sea transport and delivery capacity and to make solid preparations for maritime military struggle.
