换乘通道开挖对既有地铁结构及轨道的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究既有地铁新增换乘通道开挖对周边结构影响,在模拟换乘通道的开挖过程时,考虑到该过程分为竖井的开挖、竖井通道的开挖及换乘通道的开挖,选用ANSYS软件分别对各个工序进行数值模拟,从横向和纵向分别分析换乘通道开挖到不同时间段时的施工过程对既有地铁结构与轨道的影响,得出其变形的规律,为换乘通道开挖提供变形控制标准。结果表明:换乘通道开挖会扰动既有地铁的车站、出入口及区间结构与轨道结构的受力状态,导致地铁结构及轨道产生竖向变形和横向变形。既有地铁结构、轨道结构的最大竖向变形值和横向变形值在允许范围之内,满足风险等级要求。 In order to study the influence of the excavation of the new transfer channel on the surrounding structure of the existing subway,when simulating the excavation process of the transfer channel,considering that the process is divided into shaft excavation,shaft channel excavation and transfer channel excavation,the ANSYS software was selected to simulate each process,and the influence of the construction process on the existing subway structure and track was analyzed horizontally and vertically.The law of its deformation was obtained,which provided the deformation control standard for the excavation of transfer channel.The results show that the excavation of the transfer passage will disturb the stress state of the existing subway station,entrance and section structure and track structure,resulting in vertical and lateral deformation of the subway structure and track.The maximum vertical and lateral deformation value of the existing structure is within the allowable range,which meets the risk grade requirements.
