摘要
受施工地点交通和环境限制,置换铁路线中严重受损的常用跨度梁体施工,有时需要架桥机、运梁车等特种运架设备通过部分既有桥跨,特种荷载通过重要桥梁的安全性值得研究。利用有限元模型对某连续钢桁梁桥受力安全性的分析结果表明,DJK160型架桥机前轴轴重较大,局部杆件荷载效应大于中-活载,需拆除零号支柱对其进行减载。架桥机减载后,连续钢桁梁桥的整体弯矩和局部各杆件内力的荷载效应均明显减少,满足设计规范要求。
Due to the traffic and environmental restrictions of the construction site,it is necessary to replace the seriously damaged common span beam body in the railway line.Sometimes,special equipment such as bridge erector and beam carrier are required to pass through some existing bridges.The safety of special load passing through important bridges is worth studying.The finite element model was used to analyze the stress safety of a continuous steel truss bridge.The results show that the axle load of the front axle of DJK160 bridge erector is large,and the load effect of local members is greater than the medium live load.It is necessary to remove the No.0 pillar to reduce the load.After the load reduction of the bridge erector,the overall bending moment and the load effect of the internal force of the local members of the continuous steel truss bridge are significantly reduced,which meets the requirements of the design code.
