压力记录分析技术在心脏手术围术期应用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 血流动力学指标反映循环功能、外周组织灌注等情况,血流动力学监测是心脏手术围术期麻醉管理的重要部分。目前常见的微创血流动力学监测系统有FloTrac/Vigileo(美国Edwards Lifesciences)、PiCCO(德国PULSION)等,其基本原理是脉搏轮廓描记法(pulse contour method,PCM)。Mostcare(意大利Vytech)采用压力记录分析技术(pressure recording analytical method,PRAM)。与PCM通常采用的100 Hz的取样率相比,PRAM采用的1000 Hz高频采样率对每一个波形进行采样,使代表循环的重要监测指数(主动脉阻抗、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压和重脉压)更加精准,而且能够提供心脏做功效率相关的参数。本文对PRAM的技术原理及其在心脏手术围术期应用的研究进展进行综述。
