革命老区的振兴发展是脱贫攻坚结束后摆在老区人民面前的中心工作。湘南革命老区的振兴发展存在脱贫不稳定户返贫风险大,特色产业发展艰难,脱贫人口稳定就业难等挑战。其背后既有环境的因素,如革命老区多为山区,生态脆弱、土地贫瘠,也有产业融合举步艰难,村民主体意识没有释放,内源式发展动力不足等问题。湘南革命老区的振兴归根结蒂是要激活地方性资源,赋予其资本属性,就红色艺术助推湘南革命老区振兴发展而言,就是要提炼红色艺术符号,创作和传播红色艺术精品。
