摘要
阀位变送器是阀门位置的检测部件,安装于气动执行机构上,对阀门的控制及阀位的监视具有重要的作用。阀位变送器采集阀门的位置信号,通过模拟电路将该信号转换成相应的电信号,再经过变送电路实现4~20 mA信号的输出。核电站用阀位变送器,在设计时应考虑其耐辐照性、抗震性和防护性能,基于此,本研究介绍了核电站用阀位变送器的设计原理、结构方案和硬件方案。
The valve position transmitter is the detection component of valve position.It is installed on the pneumatic actuator and plays an important role in the control of valve and the monitoring of valve position.It collects the position signal of valve,converts the signal into a corresponding electric signal through the analog circuit,and then realizes the output of 4~20 mA signal through the transmission circuit.For valve position transmitters used in nuclear power applications,the mainly design considerations are its radiation resistance,earthquake resistance and protection performance.This article mainly introduces the design principles,structural schemes and hardware schemes of the valve position transmitter used in nuclear power applications.
