摘要
本文描述了一款波音737飞机电子舱内安装的压力控制器,该压力控制器主要功能为保持客舱压力在一个合理的水平,避免飞机在空中产生失压等情况。压力控制器主要由一块印制电路板、压力传感器和显示窗组成。该压力控制器在飞机上起着比较重要的作用,如果压力控制器故障,可能造成客舱氧气面罩脱落或航班延误等棘手问题。在车间进行维修过程中,经常出现工作不稳定的故障,测试时好时坏,维修人员需要花费大量的时间进行测试,了解故障情况和确定故障部位。如果隐性故障未排除,导致维修质量无法保证,客户满意度降低。为了解决这些隐性故障,进行了大量的测试排故,积累了不少宝贵的维修排故经验。
This article focuses on a pressure controller installed in the electronic cabin of Boeing 737 aircraft.The main function of the pressure controller is to keep the cabin pressure at a reasonable level to avoid the loss of pressure in the air.The pressure controller mainly consists of a printed circuit board,a pressure sensor and a display window.The pressure controller plays an important role in the aircraft.If the pressure controller fails,it may cause intractable problems such as the cabin oxygen mask falling off or flight delay.In the process of maintenance in the workshop,frequent failure of unstable work often occurs,and the tests sometimes pass and sometimes fail.Maintenance personnel need to spend a lot of time in testing,understanding the fault situation and determining the fault location.If the hidden fault is not resolved,it will lead to the failure of maintenance quality and the reduction of customer satisfaction.In order to solve these hidden faults,a lot of testing and troubleshooting have been carried out and many valuable experience in troubleshooting have been accumulated.
