英语教学原则在不同阶段的应用研究——以“城市轨道交通专业英语”课程为例

摘要 为适应岗位需求,对接行业的发展,文章在高职英语与轨道交通专业英语间相互融通和配合的基础上,对城市轨道交通专业英语课程教学原则在不同阶段的应用进行了探索,尝试提出了准确定位专业岗位群和岗位工作任务的人才培养目标原则;以行业需求为导向,能力培养为目标,学习者为中心的教学内容选用原则;遵循紧随热点、把握重点、突破难点的教学设计原则;定性与定量相结合,主观与客观相结合的考核原则,以期为高校城市轨道交通专业英语教学改革发展提供一些见解。 In order to meet the needs of the position and connect with the development of the industry,this paper studies and explores the application of teaching principles at different stages in Urban Rail Transit English course,tries to put forward the following principles:talent training objective principle on accurately positioning professional positions and job tasks;teaching content selection principle with the industry needs as guide,ability training as goal,learner as centre;teaching design principles which follow hot spots,grasp key points and break through difficult points;and the evaluation principle combining qualitative and quantitative,subjective and objective assessment,thus to provide some insights for teaching reform and development in Urban Rail Transit English Course in colleges and universities.
