师徒制情景下师父知识共享影响徒弟追随力的多重中介机制

Mentor's Knowledge Sharing Affects the Multiple Intermediary Mechanism of Apprentice's Followership under the Apprenticeship Scenario

师徒制情景下,构建了师父知识共享对徒弟追随力的多重中介作用模型。在文献梳理的基础上提出相应的研究假设,收集470份问卷调查数据,采用结构方程模型和Bootstrap中介效应方法进行实证检验。结果表明:(1)师父知识共享对徒弟的情感信任、认知信任以及追随力均有正向影响;(2)徒弟认知信任以及情感信任-认知信任在师父知识共享与徒弟追随力之间起着多重中介作用,它们共同完全中介了知识共享对追随力的正向关系;(3)师徒价值观一致性对师父知识共享、徒弟情感信任和追随力的中介存在正向调节作用,而师徒间的利益一致性则负向调节了认知信任在知识共享与追随力之间的中介作用。

Under the apprenticeship scenario,a multiple intermediary model of mentor knowledge sharing for apprentices followership was constructed.Based on the literature review,the corresponding research hypotheses were proposed,470 questionnaire survey data were collected,and the structural equation model and Bootstrap intermediary effect method were used for empirical testing.The results show that:(1)Mentor's knowledge sharing has a positive effect on the apprentice's emotional trust,cognitive trust,and followership;(2)Apprentice's cognitive trust and emotional trust-cognitive trust is the key to master's knowledge sharing and apprentice followership.They play a multiple intermediary role,and they together completely mediate the positive relationship of knowledge sharing and followership;(3)The consistency of the values of mentor and apprentice plays a positive regulating role in knowledge sharing,emotional trust and followership.The consistency of interests between mentors and disciples negatively regulates the intermediary role of cognitive trust in knowledge sharing and followership.
