Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has thoroughly analyzed the social origins and actual hazards of bureaucratism,and put forward corresponding governance strategies,effectively curbing the growth and spread of bureaucratism.Xi Jinping’s important anti-bureaucratism exposition can be summarized in five levels:ideological,mass,organizational,institutional,and political.Governance strategy includes four major measures:strengthening party spirit,vigorously building work style,perfecting the supervision system,and implementing strictly govern the party.Xi Jinping’s Important Statement on Anti-bureaucratism and governance strategies inherited and developed the Marxist view of the masses,enriched the connotation of comprehensive and strict governance of the party,and promoted the institutionalization and normalization of governance against formalist and bureaucratism.
