国有企业和科研院所党外知识分子思想政治工作探析

On the Ideological and Political Work of Non-CPC Member Intellectuals in State-owned Enterprises and Scientific Research Institutes

面对“两个一百年”历史交汇期,在深刻认识和把握国有企业和科研院所党外知识分子思想政治工作重要性的基础上,坚持中国共产党的领导,注重顶层设计,构建党领导下的政治机制;加强思想引导,强化思想政治工作引领力;创新体制机制,提高思想政治工作整合力;丰富载体形式,增强思想政治工作实效力;着力人才选任,增进思想政治工作发展力,切实引导国有企业和科研院所党外知识分子紧密团结在以习近平同志为核心的党中央周围,支持发挥他们在全面建设社会主义现代化国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴中的作用。

Facing the historical convergence period of the“Two Centenaries”,we should adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and construct a political mechanism under the leadership of the Party by emphasizing the top-level design on the basis of a deep understanding and grasp of the importance of ideological and political work of non-CPC member intellectuals in state-owned enterprises and scientific research institutes,strengthen ideological guidance,strengthen the leadership of ideological and political work,innovate the system and mechanism,improve the ideological and political work integration force,enrich the forms of carriers,and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work.We will make great efforts to select and appoint qualified personnel,increase the development capacity of ideological and political work,guide non-CPC member intellectuals from state-owned enterprises and research institutes to rally closely around the Central Committee of CPC with Xi Jinping at its core,and to support them in playing their role in comprehensively building a modern socialist country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
