摘要 采用单向拉伸、应变分析、扩孔、直角/V形翻边、U形弯曲等试验方法,对比分析唐钢DP980和QP980在加工硬化、成形极限、翻边扩孔、弯曲回弹等使用特性中的差异。结果显示,QP980具有良好的整体成形性,A80延伸率高达18.5%,与DP980相比,在变形中保持较高的瞬时n值;成形极限图中平面应变的最低点QP980较DP980高9%左右;DP980在扩孔、翻边特性中较QP980表现优良;DP980在U弯回弹中回弹量较大,在零件设计时需考虑更大的回弹补偿。相比而言,QP980更适合以拉延为主的高强钢结构件,DP980更适合以折弯、翻边为主的高强钢梁类件。 In this paper,test methods including uniaxial tension,strain analysis,reaming,right angle/V-shaped flanging and U-shaped bending are used to compare and analyze the difference of operating characteristics between DP980 and QP980 in process hardening,forming limit,flanging and reaming,bending and springback.The results show that:QP980 has good global formability,and the elongation of A80 reaches 18.5%;compared with DP980,QP980 keeps higher instantaneous n value during deformation.For the lowest point of plane strain in forming limit diagram,QP980 is about 9%higher than DP980.DP980 performs better than QP980 in hole expanding and flanging.DP980 has a large amount of springback in U-bending,more springback compensation should be considered when designing parts.In contrast,QP980 is more suitable for high-strength steel structural parts mainly for design drawings,while DP980 is more suitable for high-strength steel beam parts mainly for bending and flanging.
