摘要
首先介绍了机器人滚边成型模拟仿真分析应用的目的,结合某车型机盖详细介绍了机器人滚边成型模拟仿真分析的过程包括引起成型缺陷的原因及设变方案,最后采用理论分析结果与3次实物实测结果进行对比分析,验证模拟仿真分析方法有效并进一步说明在产品开发前期进行滚边成型模拟仿真分析可以缩短后期质量培育周期。
Firstly,the purpose of simulation analysis and application of robot flanging forming is introduced,and the process of simulation analysis of robot flanging forming is introduced in detail,including the causes of forming defects and the design change scheme.Finally,the theoretical analysis results are compared with the 3 physical test results to verify the effectiveness of the simulation analysis method,and further explain the application in product development,the simulation analysis of roll forming in the early stage can shorten the quality cultivation period in the later stage.
