The Idea of Life Justice and the Theoretical Purpose of Life Philosophy Education

生命正义是一种以对具体生命关照为出发点的正义理念,它对应的是一种以抽象人的同一性为出发点的正义理论。生命正义以对个体生命的关爱为旨归,认为社会正义与个人的正义感都应回应关爱生命这一具体目的。这种正义观对抗的是近代以来以效用主义和法权哲学为基础的正义理论。生命正义的内在基础是正义感的情感性基础,提倡仁爱精神在分配、司法等活动中的作用。而若要这种情感性主张不至于落入空泛,就需要对当代公民教育提出一种生命哲学教育要求,这种教育包括理性情感、仁爱精神、生命哲学等具体内容。

Life justice is a kind of justice idea which takes care of concrete life as the starting point. It corresponds to a kind of justice theory which takes the identity of abstract people as the starting point. The purpose of life justice is to care for individual life, and social justice and individual sense of justice should respond to the specific purpose of caring for life. This view of justice confronts the theory of justice based on utilitarianism and legal philosophy since modern times. The inner foundation of life justice is the emotional foundation of sense of justice, which advocates the role of benevolence in distribution, justice and other activities. If this kind of emotional proposition not meant to fall into the emptiness, a kind of life philosophy education requirements for contemporary civic education should be put forward, which includes rational emotion, benevolence spirit, life philosophy and other specific contents.
