我国农业上市公司人力资本与企业价值的关系研究——基于创新驱动中介效应的实证分析

Research on the Relationship between Human Capital andEnterprise Value of Agricultural Listed Companies in China——An Empirical Study Based on the Innovation-driven Mediating Effect

本文以46家我国农业上市公司2019年数据为研究对象,以R&D投入作为推进创新驱动的关键变量,考量在创新驱动导向下,人力资本配置与农业企业价值创造之间的关系。研究表明企业普通人力资本、企业研发型人力资本及企业高管人力资本对于企业价值提升都具有显著正向影响,而基于企业研发投入的创新驱动效应能够强化和放大企业普通人力资本、企业研发型人力资本对于企业价值的正向影响。

This paper takes the data of 46 listed agricultural companies in China in 2019 as the research object,and takes R&D input as the key variable to promote innovation driven,and considers the relationship between the human capital and the value creation of agricultural enterprises under the guidance of innovation-driven.Research shows that ordinary human capital,R&D human capital and executive human capital have a significant positive effect on enterprise value,and innovation-driven based on the R&D investment can strengthen and amplify the positive effect on enterprise value.
