摘要
高校教师绩效评价实际上是对教师个人或教师团队的工作行为和行为效果的测量,是对高校基本功能的评判,高校教师绩效的高低程度直接决定了高校绩效的水平。本研究分析了主流三类高校的评价模式,从马斯洛层次理论出发分析了三类评价模式的差异,探索了高校教师绩效评价存在的主要矛盾,提出了构建科学合理的高校教师绩效评价制度的路径。
The performance evaluation of university teachers is actually the measurement of the working behavior and behavior effect of individual or team of teachers,and it is the evaluation of the basic functions of colleges and universities.The level of university teachers'performance directly determines the level of university performance.Based on Maslow's hierarchy theory,this paper analyzes the differences of the three types of evaluation models,explores the main contradictions in the performance evaluation of university teachers,and puts forward the path of constructing a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system of university teachers.
