摘要
目的:探讨碘难治性分化型甲状腺癌患者甲状腺癌细胞中NIS的表达水平。方法:选取2017年6月—2020年6月就诊于我院普通外科,确诊为碘难治性分化型甲状腺癌患者共126例作为研究组,同时选取碘治疗有效分化型甲状腺癌患者126例作为对照组,免疫组化检测NIS的含量。比较研究组和对照组的NIS阳性率和阳性积分,所有值以百分数和平均值±标准差表示。使用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析,(P<0.05)认为差异有统计学意义。结果:两组患者的一般临床资料之间无统计学差异。研究组NIS阳性率为32.54%,对照组NIS阳性率为100%,显著高于研究组,对照组NIS阳性积分显著高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NIS发挥抗癌作用的机制很可能与NIS蛋白增加细胞对碘的摄取能力,从而提高I 131治疗的敏感性和疗效密切相关,提高NIS的表达可能是增敏碘难治性甲状腺癌I 131治疗的一个调控靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression level of NIS in thyroid cancer cells of patients with iodide refractory differentiated thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 126 patients with iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer diagnosed in the general surgery department of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the study group,while 126 patients with iodine-effective differentiated thyroid cancer were selected as the control group,and the content of NIS was detected by immunohistochemistry.NIS positive rates and positive scores were compared between the study group and the control group.All values were expressed as percentage and mean±standard deviation.SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and P﹤0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results There was no statistical difference in general clinical data between the two groups.The positive rate of NIS in the study group was 32.54%,and the positive rate of NIS in the control group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that in the study group.The positive score of NIS in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group,with statistical significance(P﹤0.05).Conclusions The mechanism of the anti-cancer effect of NIS is probably closely related to the ability of NIS protein to increase the uptake of iodine by cells,thus improving the sensitivity and efficacy of I 131 treatment.Enhancing the expression of NIS may be a regulatory target for the treatment of I 131 in sensitized iodine-refractory thyroid cancer.
