NT超声检查技术在早孕期胎儿异常筛查中的应用探讨

Discussion on the application of NT ultrasonography in fetal abnormal screening in early pregnancy

目的:探讨NT超声检查技术在早孕期胎儿异常筛查中的应用效果。方法:选择本院2018年5月-2020年5月的200例接受早孕期胎儿异常筛查的产妇展开本次实验研究,所有孕妇均实行NT超声检查技术,分析应用成效。结果:NT超声在早孕期胎儿筛查中有着较高的准确率,能够对染色体异常和胎儿畸形进行有效筛查;在60例N T增厚孕妇中,通过对其实行染色体检查可以发现,21-三体、18-三体、13-三体所占比例分别为5.00%、1.67%、3.33%(P<0.05)。结论:在早孕期胎儿异常的筛查中,NT超声检查有着较高的准确性,其能够有效检出畸形胎儿以及染色体异常胎儿,具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of NT ultrasound in early pregnancy fetal abnormal screening.Methods From May 2018 to May 2020,200 pregnant women who were screened for fetal abnormalities in early pregnancy were slected to carry out this experimenta l study.All pregnant women carried out NT ultrasound examination to analyze the effect of application.Results NT ultrasound has a high accuracy in early pregnancy fetal screening,and can effectively screen for chromosomal abnormalities and fetal deformities;among 60 NT thickening pregnant women,the proportion of 21-trisomy,18-trisomy,13-trisomy is 5.00%,1.67%,3.33%(P﹤0.05).Conclusion During the screening of fetal abnormalities in early pregnancy,NT ultrasound examination has high accuracy,which can effectively detect abnormal fetuses and abnormal chromosomes,and has popularization value.
