分析经腹部联合经阴道超声诊断妇产科急腹症的应用价值

To analyze the application value of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in gynecology and obstetrics

目的:分析经腹部联合经阴道超声诊断妇产科急腹症的应用价值。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年10月期间在我院接受治疗的妇产科急腹症患者120例为研究对象,按照奇偶分组法分为三组(经腹部组、经阴道组以及联合组),每组40例患者。经腹部组患者接受经腹部超声检查,经阴道组患者接受经阴道超声检查,联合组接受经腹部联合经阴道超声检查。结果:经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查对异位妊娠、各种流产、急性盆腔炎、黄体破裂、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转以及子宫穿孔的诊断准确率为95.00%,明显高于单独使用经腹超声和经阴道超声检查的诊断准确率(P<0.05)。结论:经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查,对妇产科急腹症有较高的准确性,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the application value of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods 120 patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into three groups(transabdominal group,transvaginal group and combined group)according to parity grouping method,with 40 patients in each group.Transabdominal group received transabdominal ultrasound examination,transvaginal group received transvaginal ultrasound examination,combined group received transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound examination.Results The diagnostic accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy,abortion,acute pelvic inflammatory disease,corpus luteum rupture,ovarian cyst pedicle torsion and uterine perforation was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound alone(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound has higher accuracy and higher clinical application value in gynecological acute abdomen.
