摘要
凿岩钻机的传动轴是传递扭矩和转速的关键零部件。本文中传动轴的设计思路是,首先确定根据设计输入的整个钻车参数选定发动机型号及功率,然后根据发动机的功率曲线及额定最大扭矩、转速、选配变速箱、前桥、后桥。此设计案例可为同类产品的设计提供参考。
The drive shaft is a key part for transmitting torque and speed in the rock drilling jumbo.The design ideas for the drive shaft in the paper are as follows:Firts,selecting the model andpower of the engine basedon the parameters for the whole jumbo;Second,selecting the gearbox,the first axle and the rear axle according to the power curve,the maxium rated torque and the speed.The design case can serve as a reference for the designs of the equivalent products.
