浅析水环境中挥发酚指标的检测方法

摘要 比较水环境中挥发酚指标的传统检测方法—4-氨基安替吡啉分光光度法和连续流动法,从用到的试剂、操作过程、校准曲线、检出限、准确度、精密度以及加标回收等方面进行分析。连续流动法具有比较明显的优势,但用到的仪器成本比较高,对实验室环境和操作人员的综合能力要求也较高。因此,希望有条件的实验室积极使用连续流动法检测挥发酚。 The traditional detection methods of volatile phenol in water environment namely 4-aminoantipyrine spectrophotometry and continuous flow method are compared. The reagents used, operation process, calibration curve, detection limit, accuracy, precision and recovery are analyzed. Continuous flow method has obvious advantages, but the cost of instruments used is relatively high, and the laboratory environment requirement for comprehensive ability of and operators are also high. Therefore, it is hoped that qualified laboratories will actively use continuous flow method to detect volatile phenol.
