果酸联合光子嫩肤治疗中度痤疮的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of fructic acid combined with photorejuvenation in the treatment of moderate acne

目的观察果酸联合光子嫩肤治疗中度痤疮患者的疗效。方法选择本院于2020年7月~2020年12月收治的58例中度痤疮患者为研究对象,根据诊治不同分成两组。对照组29例实施单独光子嫩肤治疗。观察组29例实施果酸联合光子嫩肤治疗。结果观察组治疗后的皮损类型评分(0.53±0.09)分、皮损数量评分(0.48±0.08)分、皮损疼痛评分(0.52±0.09)分,与皮损颜色评分(0.54±0.08)分,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中度痤疮患者的有效率(100.00%)比对照组(86.21%)更高(P<0.05)。和对照组对比,观察组治疗后的痤疮评分(0.25±0.05)与色沉评分(0.19±0.04)比对照组(0.92±0.14)(0.88±0.13)更低(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组患者的复发率(20.69%)比对照组(3.45%)更低(P<0.05)。结论果酸结合光子嫩肤治疗重度痤疮疗效确切。

Objective To observe the efficacy of fructic acid combined with photorejuvenation in the treatment of moderate acne.Methods A total of 58 patients with moderate acne in our hospital from July 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different diagnosis and treatment.29 cases in the control group were treated with photorejuvenation alone.29 cases in the observation group were treated with fructic acid combined with photorejuvenation.Results After treatment,the skin lesion type score(0.53±0.09),skin lesion quantity score(0.48±0.08),skin lesion pain score(0.52±0.09)and skin lesion color score(0.54±0.08)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of moderate acne patients in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(86.21%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the acne score(0.25±0.05)and color sink score(0.19±0.04)of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(0.92±0.14)(0.88±0.13)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group(20.69%)was lower than that of the control group(3.45%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Fructic acid combined with photorejuvenation is effective in the treatment of severe acne.
