辅助生殖技术后输卵管妊娠的危险因素Logistic回归分析:病例对照研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的应用Logistic回归分析法分析辅助生殖技术助孕后输卵管妊娠的危险因素。方法选取我院2015年1月至2020年1月诊治的58例经ART后输卵管妊娠患者的临床资料,应用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析法筛查出相关高危因素。结果经过单因素Logistic回归分析,与IUP组相比,TP组在既往人工流产史、输卵管因素、盆腔炎性疾病史、(hCG)日子宫内膜厚度以及子宫内膜异位症方面,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素回归分析显示,既往人工流产史、输卵管因素以及(hCG)日子宫内膜厚度是ART后异位妊娠发生的高危因素(P<0.05)。结论导致辅助生殖技术助孕后输卵管妊娠的危险因素较多,临床需高度重视并详细评估后给予针对性预防措施,降低ART后异位妊娠的发生率,改善妊娠结局。
