基于ANSYS的手套包装机输送机构电机支架设计分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了合理布置电机在手套包装机输送机构中的位置并且保证电机固定后的稳定性,需要对电机支架进行设计分析。利用三维建模软件Solidworks建立电机支架模型,保存为Parasolid格式导入Ansys进行仿真分析,第一次导入的电机支架直角模型由于应力奇异原因无法判断强度条件是否满足,将直角模型改为圆角模型后重新导入Ansys进行仿真分析,得到应力值与变形值,虽然强度条件满足,但是变形量较大,达到0.4mm,在电机支架两侧各添加加强筋板以减少电机支架的变形量,再次导入Ansys进行仿真分析,使电机支架的变形量减小到0.04mm。 In order to reasonably arrange the position of the motor in the glove automatic collecting mechanism and ensure the stability of the motor after fixing,it is necessary to design and analyze the motor bracket.The three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks is used to establish the motor bracket model,save it in Parasolid format and import it into Ansys for simulation analysis.The right-angle model of the motor bracket imported for the first time cannot judge whether the strength condition is satisfied due to stress singularity.After changing the right-angle model into a fillet model,it is imported into Ansys again for simulation analysis to obtain stress value and deformation value.Although the strength condition is satisfied,However,the deformation is large,reaching 0.4 mm.Reinforcing rib plates are added on both sides of the motor bracket to reduce the deformation of the motor bracket.The deformation of the motor bracket is reduced to 0.04mm after being imported into Ansys for simulation analysis.
