摘要
文章主要以某汽轮机末级叶片为例,通过观察实际校形过程后建立模型进行有限元分析的方式,结合对1组叶片的变形量、校形量及校形后的实测表面残余应力值,提出了对该叶片的最大变形量及允许校形量的参考值。
Taking a steam turbine last stage blade as an example,this paper presents the reference values of the maximum deformation and the allowable shape correction of a group of blades by observing the actual shape correction process and establishing a model for finite element analysis,combining with the collection of the deformation,the shape correction and the measured surface residual stress after the shape correction of a group of blades.
